Gorgeous Sunset at the Garrett County Fair

I attended the Garrett County fair last night and while watching the Tractor Pulls, we were blessed with a gorgeous sunset.   If you haven’t been to the fair, you need to stop by.  It is definitely a very cheap night.  $10 ride all night last night and free access to all the shows.  Cooter’s from Dukes of Hazard has his own band and will be performing this evening.

Black-eyed Susan in full bloom

The flowers finally peaked at the office. They only stick around for a short amount of time before they disappear again. .

Fog on the mist

This shot was on a chilly morning off Deep Creek Drive.  The sun was trying to cut through the fog as land on the other side was just barely visible.

Bear Creek in the fall

This is quite the cozy little stream that flows through the mountains in Accident and Friendsville.

Hills are ablaze

Do you ever wonder if the horses even notice the leaves?   And the fact that they make the countryside a much nicer with them grazing along 219?  Driving by yesterday, I just had to stop.  The horses greeted me at the fence to see what I was up to then went back to grazing.

Chippy on watch

I caught this little guy watching me as I walked down to Muddy Creek Falls in Swallow Falls State Park.
